Microwave - From Ambient MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS 1. In a 4 cup (1 L) microwaveable bowl, whisk sauce mix thoroughly into 1-½ cups (375 mL) milk; add 1 tbsp (15 mL) margarine or butter. 2. Microwave uncovered on high 4 minutes, whisking 3 times. Microwave on medium (50%) 3 minutes or until thickened, whisking twice.
