Pan fry
1 Prep heat 2 tbsp (30 ml) of vegetable oil in a pan or wok. Place 2 cups (500 ml) of frozen vegetables with the oil.
2 Cook stir-fry over medium heat for 7-8 minutes or until desired texture.
3 Serve season and serve immediately.
Stove top
1 Prep place 1 cup (250 ml) of frozen vegetables in a pot with ½ cup (125 ml) of boiling water.
2 Cook return to a boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer for 3½-4½ minutes until tender.
3 Serve drain, season and serve.
