Recommended cooking method: Stovetop/skillet/grill/BBQ: Preheat lightly oiled surface over medium heat, cook 4-5 minutes per side. Oven: bake at 180°C (350°F) oven for 8-9 minutes per side. Cook from frozen until an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F) is reached. Enjoy!
