How to prepare
Stove top: For each 340 g of pasta, use 4 L (4 qt) of water. In a large pot, bring water to a rolling boil and add 1 tbsp (15 mL) salt if desired. Add pasta to boiling water and stir. Cook, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until desired tenderness is reached. Drain well and serve.
