Cooking & Usage Tips
Combine 1-1/2 cups Botan® calrose rice and 2 cups water in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer covered for 20 minutes, or until moisture is absorbed. Remove from heat; let stand covered 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
Cooking in an Instant Pot? Rinse rice under cold water and drain. Place 1 cup (235g) Calrose rice and 1 cup + 3 tablespoons (295ml) cold water in Instant Pot. Close lid and pressure cook at High Pressure using Manual/Pressure Cook button for 6 minutes. Full Natural Release (roughly 10 mins). Fluff & serve
