Cooking directions
1 Put 3 cups of rice (for family of 4) into the rice basin.
2 Rinse Royal Umbrella rice once and drain.
3 Add 36 cups of water (1.2 cup per cup of rice) into rice basin.
4 Place rice basin into rice cooker and switch it on. Do not open lid for stirring in the processing of cooking.
5 Once cooked, use fork to fluff the rice and serve hot.
For softer rice, put more water and simmer for longer time.
For firmer rice, put less water and simmer for shorter time.
Storage
Keep in closed container after opening. Store in cool and dry place. Keep away from direct sunlight.
