Gardein Vegan Original Breakfast Sausage Patties 190 g (frozen)

Option 1 - Conventional or Toaster Oven: 1-Preheat oven to 375°F. Bake frozen saus'age patties on a non-stick baking pan for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. 2-Cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165°F (minimum). Remember: do not overcook - it's not meat! Option 2 - Microwave (1000 W): 1-Cook two patties on a microwave safe plate for 1:30-2:00 minutes, turning halfway through cooking. 2-Cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165°F (minimum). Remember: do not overcook - it's not meat! Option 3 - Stovetop: 1-Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat. Place patties in pan and cook for 8-10 minutes, covered. Turn patties frequently throughout cooking process. 2-Cook thoroughly to internal temperature of 165°F (minimum). Remember: do not overcook - it's not meat!

Keep frozen - Cook thoroughly.
