Conventional oven
1 Prep cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Remove tray from box and pierce film with a fork to let steam escape.
2 Cook place tray on a baking sheet on the middle rack of the oven and cook for 75-80 minutes.
3 Serve remove from oven and let stand for 10 minutes before carefully removing the film.
Not recommended for microwave cooking.
