1 Immerse a towel into water
2 Sqeeze towel to remove excess water until damp
3 Cover 1 sheet of Rice Paper with damp towel, wait for 1 min. to allow Rice Paper to absorb moisture and soften
4 Repeat step 3 to work with another sheet of Rice Paper. Afterwards put your favourite ingredients on rice paper and fold as per diagram.
