Cooking Instructions CONVENTIONAL OVEN 1 PREP Cook for frozen. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Remove packaging. 2 COOK Place frozen fish portions on a baking sheet and cook on the middle rack for 20-24 minutes, turning halfway until cooked through. 3 SERVE Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. CAUTION Not recommended for microwave cooking STORAGE Keep frozen until ready to use. SAFE HANDLING Fish is cooked when opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Do not refreeze thawed product.
