CONVENTIONAL OVEN
1. PREP Cook from frozen. Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F). Remove packaging.
2. COOK Place frozen fish sticks on a baking sheet and cook on the middle rack for 18-20 minutes, turning halfway until cooked through.
3. SERVE

CAUTION Not recommended for microwave cooking.
STORAGE Keep frozen until ready to use.
SAFE HANDLING Fish is cooked when opaque and flakes easily with a fork Do not refreeze thawed product.
