Cooking & Usage Tips
BOIL: For each 375 g of pasta, use 5 L (5 qt) of water. Bring water to a rolling boil and add 15 mL (1 tbsp) of salt, if desired.
COOK: Add pasta to boiling water and stir. For al dente pasta, cook, uncovered, for 6 minutes, stirring cocasionally. Boil an additional minute for tender pasta.
SERVE: Drain well and serve.
