Grill - From Chilled GRILL 1. Preheat grill (gas or charcoal). 2. Remove ribs from the package and place on grill. 3. With some of BBQ sauce remaining in the package, baste ribs. 4. Heat for 8-10 minutes turning once at mid point and basting with remaining BBQ sauce. Microwave - From Chilled ('watts': 900) 1. Carefully open pouch and remove ribs. 2. Reserve remaining BBQ sauce. 3. Cut rack of ribs in half. 4. Place ribs on a microwave safe dish. 5. Pour remaining BBQ sauce on ribs and cover. 6. Place in microwave, heat set on HIGH for 4-5 minutes. NOTE: COOKING TIMES MAY VARY DEPENDING ON MICROWAVE. Oven cook - From Chilled CONVENTIONAL OVEN 1. Preheat oven at 190°C or 375°F. 2. Remove ribs from the package and place on a baking tray. 3. With some of the BBQ sauce remaining in the package baste ribs. 4. Place tray in the oven for 20-22 minutes. 5. After 10-12 minutes baste ribs with remaining BBQ sauce.
