Perfected by Chef Andrew Piccinin, this meaty ragù stays loyal to its Italian roots. Succulent veal, pork, beef and pancetta are slow-simmered in a rich, luscious San Marzano tomato sauce. Served over your pasta of choice (we recommend a ribbon-cut noodle!) and sprinkled with freshly grated Parmesan, this hearty Bolognese is the epitome of comfort food.
Cooking & Usage Tips
After thawing in refrigerator for 24 hours: Remove Bolognese from pouch and place into medium-sized pot. Place pot, uncovered, on stovetop over medium heat, stirring occasionally until simmering(165°F). Add cooked pasta (not included) to sauce, and stir to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy! From frozen: Remove Bolognese from pouch and place into medium-sized pot. Cover pot securely with lid and place on stovetop over medium-low heat. Remove lid every 10 minutes and stir to prevent sticking to the bottom of the pot. Once sauce has fully thawed, remove lid and increase heat to medium high, stirring occasionally (165°F). Add cooked pasta (not included) to sauce, and stir to coat evenly. Serve and enjoy!
