Baking instructions Thawing instructions Refer to recipe for amount needed. Dough may be broken into 2 blocks along perforation and unused half should be left frozen. Thaw at room temperature for 3 - 4 hours or overnight in the fridge. Once thawed, dough should feel cold to touch. Roll dough out with a rolling pin to desired thickness, each block yields a 12 inch (30 cm) square. Use thawed product within 2-4 hours after defrost. Do not refreeze. Recipes made from puff pastry can be frozen. Baking instructions After defrosting, bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, or as recipe demands.
