Korma Chicken - Serves 3-4 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan. 2. Add 3 or 4 diced, medium sized chicken breasts and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins). 3. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Water, Cream, Sugar, Desiccated coconut, Coconut paste (sulfites), Vegetable oil, Modified corn starch, Concentrated Tomato purée, Ginger, Garlic, Spices, Dried onion, Lemon juice, Salt, Lactic acid (acidulant), Dried cilantro.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened use immediately.
