Directions - adults and children 12 years of age and over: - blow your nose before using - hold bottle upright with thumb under base and nozzle between first and second fingers - before using for the first time, prime the pump by spraying several times into the air until a fine mist appears - with head tilted slightly backward, spray 2 times into each nostril while breathing deeply - use every 8 to 10 hours - do not apply more than 3 times in 24 hours or exceed the recommended dosage.
