To Cook: Cut Into 1/4" Thick Slices; Pan Fry In A Moderate Amount Of Hot Oil Until Crispy Brown Around The Edges.

Preparation And Usage

Lightlife Tempeh is rich in protein and can be sautéed, grated, stewed or baked for a variety of main courses. Occasional dark areas in tempeh are a result of the natural colouring process and do not indicate spoilage. To Fry: Cut into 1/4" thick slices; heat in well oiled skillet with 2Tbsp. soy sauce until golden brown on both sides. Season to taste.
