Preparation And Usage
Shake well before each use
To replace 1 egg white use 2 tbsp. Can be frozen prior to best before date for up to 3 months. Thaw in refrigerator overnight and use as normal. Simply egg whites is pasteurized and can be used in all recipes calling for raw egg whites.
