Delivery Pass is valid for Delivery orders only, not valid for Curbside Pickup orders. Additionally, each Delivery Pass is only valid in one delivery region based on your delivery address(s) on your account. New and existing customers who do not currently have an active Delivery Pass in their region are eligible to try the ‘Voilà Anytime Unlimited Free 12-months Delivery Pass’ and enjoy 50% off this 12-month Delivery pass subscription fee, for a total of $49.99 + applicable taxes (the “Offer”). This Offer will only be available from September 24, 2025 to November 1, 2025. After the initial promotional period of the Offer ends (12 months), your subscription will automatically renew at the regular price: $99.99 + applicable taxes. Customers may cancel auto-renewal at any time directly through their Delivery Pass settings. Customers can request to have the pass cancelled and get a prorated refund by calling customer service. Such requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of the customer service team, and approval is not guaranteed. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend, cancel or make changes to this offer without prior notice, which includes the right to withdraw this offer from any customer who we determine is abusing it.
