Cooking & Usage Tips
Microwaveable:
Warm mixture at medium power for 15-30 seconds.

Preparation And Usage
Add breast milk or infant formula
Easy to mix:
In a bowl, stir together 1 level tablespoon (15 ml) of cereal, and equal parts breast milk, formula or lukewarm water. Gradually increase to 3 level tablespoons (45 ml) of cereal according to your baby's size and appetite. Add more cereal or liquid to reach desired consistency.
After feeding, discard remaining prepared cereal within 2 hours.
Serving tips
- For a creamier, tastier meal, mix Heinz cereals with breast milk of formula, or mix with water if desired.
- Mix Heinz cereals with a spoonful of Heinz baby food to enhance taste and variety in your baby's diet.
