Mild Chicken Curry - Serves 3 - 4 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan. 2. Add 3 or 4 diced, medium sized chicken breasts and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins). 3. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Water, Red peppers, Sultanas raisins, Sugar, Modified corn starch, Concentrated tomato purée, Coconut paste (sulfites), Spices, Dried onion, Salt, Desiccated coconut, Lactic acid (acidulant), Garlic.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened use immediately.
