BAKING DIRECTIONS FOR 12 MUFFINS YOU WILL NEED 275 mL (1 cup + 2 tbsp) water 675 mL (2 ¾ cups) mix, loosely packed (approx. 1/2 of the package) PREPARE 1. Preheat oven to 190℃ (375℉). 2. Lightly spray muffin pans. MIX BATTER 1. Pour mix into mixing bowl. 2. Add water. 3. Stir until all ingredients are blended. 4. Spoon batter into muffin pans to ⅔ full. BAKE 1. In centre of oven for 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. 2. Cool completely before removing from pan.
