Butter Chicken Curry - Serves 2 1. FRY 1 diced onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add 2 tsp of chopped ginger, 1 chopped garlic clove, a 1/2 jar of spice paste & sizzle (2 MINS). Add 50 ml water, cook until water has evaporated. 2. SEAR 4 diced chicken breasts, add 200 g chopped tomatoes & 100 ml water; simmer until chicken is cooked through (15 MINS). Stir in 150 ml table cream and 50 g butter, garnish with cilantro. TRYwith 200 g paneer and a handful of bell peppers, add in while simmering the sauce.

Water, Vegetable oil, Spices, Corn flour, Sugar, Salt, Ginger, Garlic, Acetic acid (acidulant), Red onion powder, Dried onion, Paprika extract, Dried fenugreek leaf. 

Store in a cool dry place. Use within 6 weeks of opening
