All you need is onion, ginger, garlic, tomatoes, and a protein of your choice, and enjoy with basmati rice or naan bread. Turn any dish into an Indian culinary delight with Patak's curry paste! Cooking & Usage Tips

Butter Chicken Curry - Serves 2 1. FRY 1 diced onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add 2 tsp of chopped ginger, 1 chopped garlic clove, a 1/2 jar of spice paste & sizzle (2 MINS). Add 50 ml water, cook until water has evaporated. 2. SEAR 4 diced chicken breasts, add 200 g chopped tomatoes & 100 ml water; simmer until chicken is cooked through (15 MINS). Stir in 150 ml table cream and 50 g butter, garnish with cilantro. TRYwith 200 g paneer and a handful of bell peppers, add in while simmering the sauce.
