STOVETOP COOKING INSTRUCTIONS This product is raw and must be cooked to enjoy its delicious flavour. 1 Using a fine mesh sieve, thoroughly rinse 240 ml (1 cup) of rice under cold water for 1-2 minutes and drain.2 Combine rice, 360 ml (1 ½ cups) water or broth* and 15 ml (1 Tbsp.) butter or oil (optional) in a saucepan and bring to a boil. 3 Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 15 minutes. 4 With lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork and enjoy. TIP: If rice is too firm at the end of cooking, add 15-30 ml (1-2 Tbsp.) liquid* and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
