Preparation And Usage
Easy as 1-2-3 !
1. Chop or crush 4 cups of fruit and stir in 1 ½ cups of sugar. Let mixture stand for 15 minutes.
2. Add Freshana® Freezer Jam powder to the fruit mixture and stir for 3 minutes. Let mixture stand for 5 minutes. Stir mixture again for 1 minute.
3. Pour jam mixture in sterilized containers and cap, allowing at least 1 inch of head space. Produces approximately 4 ½ cups.
The jam can be used immediately or can be stored in the freezer up to 12 months.
