Cooking instructions
Pour Seasoned Coating Mix onto plate, bowl or bag.
Moisten fish with water, milk or beaten egg.
Coat fish with Seasoned Coating Mix on all sides.
Discard any remaining mix.
Pan fry: heat 1/4 inch (0.5 cm) vegetable oil on medium-high. Add coated fish. Pan fry about 2 minutes per side, for fillets or small fish, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Serve immediately.
Deep fry: preheat vegetable oil in deep fryer to 375°F (190°C). Add coated fish and deep fry 3 to 5 minutes for fillets or small fish, turning once until golden brown. Remove with slotted spoon. Drain on paper towel.
Serve immediately.
