Parmigiano Reggiano is still crafted to a centuries-old recipe, using only fresh, raw cow’s milk from its area of origin and with no additives or preservatives. Aged a minimum of a 22 months, each wheel is inspected regularly and only the best wheels are stamped with the Parmigiano Reggiano designation. Traditional grating cheese with a full body, nutty and slightly buttery flavour.

Cooking & Usage Tips
This hard, granular cheese with its complex fruity, nutty taste can be grated or shaved over a wide variety of dishes. Most commonly used for garnishing over cooked pasta, but also excellent in Risotto, stuffing, grated or shaved on pizza or salads.
