Preparation And Usage
Directions for use:
1. Combine 270 g Grace Festival Mix with 1/2 cup water. Mix well, kneading lightly with hands.
2. Leave dough in a bowl covered with a damp cloth for approximately 15 minutes.
3. Separate dough into equal pieces on a floured surface.
4. Shape pieces into separate cylindrical portions, then flatten.
5. Deep fry until golden brown.
Serve hot. Yields about 26 festivals, 3-1/2" long.
Ideal accompaniment for any Caribbean meal, especially fish.
