Patak's® Vindaloo Cooking Sauce is a hot and spicy tomato and onion curry sauce with chilli and cumin. It has a complex spice blend to bring your authentic curry dish together in just a few minutes. Simply add Patak's® Vindaloo Cooking Sauce to seared chicken or protein of choice. For a pescetarian option, try with fish, sweet potatoes, and a handful of fresh vegetables. Enjoy with basmati rice or naan bread. Serves 3-4.

Cooking & Usage Tips
Easy Chicken Vindaloo - Serves 3 - 4
1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan.
2. Add 3 or 4 diced, medium sized chicken breasts and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins).
3. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Storage
