Easy Chicken Vindaloo - Serves 3 - 4 1. Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan. 2. Add 3 or 4 diced, medium sized chicken breasts and stir fry until meat is sealed and browned (approx. 5 mins). 3. Pour over the jar of sauce and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Water, Spices, Vegetable oil, Concentrated tomato purée, Sugar, Modified corn starch, Dried onion, Salt, Garlic, Acetic acid (acidulant), Dried crushed red chilli, Dried cilantro leaf, Dried fenugreek leaf.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened use immediately.
