Italian sausage tortelloni alfredo with mushrooms What you'll need: 600 g Olivieri® Italian Sausage Tortelloni, 4 large mushrooms, 600 ml Olivieri® Herb Alfredo Sauce. Directions: Boil Olivieri® Italian Sausage Tortelloni as per package direction. Sauté mushrooms in hot oil. Pour in Olivieri® Herb Alfredo Sauce and cook until heated. Add pasta and toss with care until coated. Tasty tip: garnish with a pinch (or more!) of freshly grated parmesan.
