Easy Butter Chicken - Serves 2 1. FRY 2 diced chicken breasts in a little oil until golden (3 MINS). 2. ADD the package of sauce and simmer until the chicken is cooked through (12 MINS). Drizzle some cream and garnish with cilantro. Enjoy with rice or naan bread. TRY adding a handful of bell peppers while simmering the sauce.
