Cooking & Usage Tips
Voilà fried bologna sammies: cut slits into the bologna before cooking to brown evenly and prevent curling. Mix mustard, mayo, and chopped pickles in a bowl; add pepper. Heat skillet on medium-high. Arrange slices, cook until browned and crisp, about 2 minutes/side. Remove.
Cook bread in skillet with any fat over medium high until golden brown, (about 2 minutes/side). Add topping mix & lettuce.
