Preparation And Usage
For best results:
Avoid whipping more than 250 ml of cream at one time.
1. Use a deep, narrow-bottomed bowl;
2. Ensure that cream, bowl and beaters are well chilled;
3. Whip at high speed until cream forms peaks (approximately 1 - 2 min);
Cream volume doubles when whipped. If desired, add 1 - 2 tablespoons of sugar while whipping.
