Cooking Instructions - General PREPARATION: Thaw product prior to cooking. Hob - From Chilled STOVETOP: Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium-low. Add sausages. Cook for 12-16 minutes or until sausages are browned and the internal temperature reaches 71°C (160°F), turning sausages often. Oven cook - From Chilled Preheat oven to 175 °C (350°F). Place sausages on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until sausages are browned and the internal temperature reaches 71 °C (160°F), turning sausages once.
