Cooking Instructions - General
All you need: Makes 4 servings
1 lb (500 g) ground beef
1 can (540 mL) kidney beans
1 can (213 mL) tomato sauce
1/4 cup (50 mL) water

All you do:
1. Brown ground beef over medium-high heat in skillet. Drain fat.
2. Stir in beans, tomato sauce, water and seasoning mix.
3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Other - General
Tips:
For chunkier chili: Replace tomato sauce with 1 can (540 mL) diced tomatoes, undrained, and omit water. Increase simmer time to 20 minutes.
Try using ground turkey, chicken or vegetarian substitutions in place of the ground beef.
