Dry herbal blend for home preparation according to an old Swedish recipe. It contains herbs traditionally used in Herbal Medicine as digestive tonics to relieve symptoms such as dyspepsia and constipation.

35 g (entire package) is used to prepare 750 ml tincture Recommended dose and direction of use: to prepare the tincture (750 ml), empty the contents of one package (35 g) in a wide necked bottle containing ~ 800 ml of vodka. Shake daily. After 8 days, strain through a clean cheese cloth or fine mesh. Shake the bottle well before using. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take 2-3 times per week. If results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily. Adults (for the relief of dyspepsia [indigestion]): dilute 2 teaspoons in water or herbal tea, take once daily after a heavy meal. Adults (for the relief of constipation): dilute 2 teaspoons in water or herbal tea, take up to once daily at bedtime. Allow at least 6-12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature.
