Cooking instructions
Keep frozen. Must be cooked thoroughly. Do not thaw. Cook to an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C)
Oven:
1. Pre-heat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Place burgers on baking tray.
3. Bake on centre rack for 20 - 22 minutes, turning once.
Frying pan:
1. Pre-heat a large heavy frying pan coated with a light coating of oil at medium-low heat.
2. Place burgers in pan & cook for 5 minutes on each side.
Barbecue grill:
1. Pre-heat barbecue settings all burners to medium (about 400°F (204°C)).
2. Place burger directly on rack in centre of barbecue; close lid. Grill 12 minutes, turning once.

Keep frozen (-18°C / 0°F). Do not refreeze it thawed.
