Serving suggestions: After opening, cover tofu with cold water. Use within a week. Already delicately seasonned La Soyarie's herb tofu can be used in all your favorite recipes. To obtain a “lite” greek spanokopita, substitute herb tofu for feta cheese or use a half and half mixture. Marinate small cubes of tofu in your favorite salad dressing and add to a romaine lettuce, purple onion, black olive and tomato salad. After mashing with a fork, use as you would cottage cheese in your Italian dishes, eggs in your quiches and omelettes, with rice in stuffed vegetables, meat or beans in your Mexican or Lebanese dishes. A quick whiz in the food processor with seasonings, and you obtain a smooth creamy dip, sandwich spread or salad dressing. Slice, then dip in egg mixture and cover with shake and bake, then grill or bake in oven to give you tofu sticks. Serve with tartar sauce.
