Preparation And Usage
Preparation:
Thaw overnight in refrigerator before preparing.
1. Add 1 teaspoon of oil to a frying pan and pre-heat on medium.
2. Place desired amount of Donair meat into the pan and sauté until crispy on the edges.
3. Remove from heat and cover meat to keep warm.
4. Wipe any grease from pan.
5. Add 1 table spoon of oil and reheat pan on medium.
6. Place pita from pan and lightly brown both sides.
7. Remove pita from pan and lay flat on a piece of aluminum foil or parchment paper
8. Place meat, and *toppings in center of pita and drizzle with sauce.
9. Roll pita similar to picture on box and enjoy!
*Suggested: Dice a small amount of tomatoes and onions and shred ½ cup of mozzarella cheese for toppings.
