Once the sauce is simmering, add the raw meatballs to the sauce and let them cook for 20-22 minutes. Other option: Put the meatballs on a sheet pan lined with parchment paper and cook in the oven at 375℉ [190℃] for 20-22 minutes. MINIMUM INTERNAL TEMPERATURE TO REACH: 160℉ [71℃].
