Paste: Fry your meat in a splash of vegetable oil until cooked through, reduce heat to medium and add your paste and gently cook for a minute to release the flavours & aromas. Add the Coconut Milk and bring up to the boil. Dry Ingredients: Add the herbs & spices and vegetables and simmer for about 10 minutes until all infused with the flavours and cooked through. Serve over rice

Coconut milk (coconut extract, water, carboxymethylcellulose), Thai Penang curry paste (coconut cream, red chillies, lemongrass, palm sugar, garlic, shallot, whole peanuts, salt, galangal, kaffir lime peel, yeast extract powder, coriander powder, white pepper, paprika extract, tocopherol), Crushed peanuts, Dried kaffir lime leaves.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
