Weight: lbs: 24-35, kg 11-15.9, age: years 2-3, single oral dose: tablets 1, mg 160 Weight: lbs: 36-47, kg 16-21.9, age: years 4-5, single oral dose: tablets 1½, mg 240 Weight: lbs: 48-59, kg 22-26.9, age: years 6-8, single oral dose: tablets 2, mg 320 Weight: lbs: 60-71, kg 27-31.9, age: years 9-10, single oral dose: tablets 2½, mg 400 Weight: lbs: 72-95, kg 32-43.9, age: years 11, single oral dose: tablets 3, mg 480 Single dose may be repeated every 4 to 6 hours, as needed.
