Cooking & Usage Tips
Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Turn product over at least twice during cooking.
Cooking instructions
Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F (63°C). Remove product from packaging.
Grill
- Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Oven
- Preheat oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Preheat frying pan on medium high.
- Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 ml) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan.
- Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes.
- Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Clam shell electric grill
- Place on clam shell on medium for 8 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
