This product must be fully cooked before serving.
Conventional oven: cook from frozen pre-heat oven to 400° F/205° C. Place chicken in a shallow baking pan. Bake in centre of oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
Frying pan: cook from frozen grease frying pan and preheat on stove. Place chicken directly into frying pan, cover and turn heat down to medium. Cook 25 to 30 minutes, turning frequently.
Barbecue: cook from frozen preheat barbecue to medium-high heat. Place chicken on grill and close lid. Cook for 25 to 30 minutes or until no longer pink inside, turning once over.
Cook thoroughly to an internal cooked temperature of 86° C/186° F. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only.
