Cooking Instructions - General Cooking instructions Prepare product from frozen state. If thawed, reduce cooking time accordingly. Ensure product is thoroughly heated to 165°F (74°C) before serving. For best results use oven preparation method. Deep Fry - From Frozen Deep fryer 2-1/2 minutes Cook frozen meat for 2-1/2 minutes at 350°F (177°C) from frozen state. Microwave - From Frozen Microwave oven (800 watts) 1-1/2 - 2 minutes Arrange 12 pieces (1 serving) in a circle on a microwave-safe plate. Heat on high for 1-1/2 to 2 minutes, or until heated through. For 24 pieces (2 servings), increase heating time to 3 to 4 minutes. Note: Since appliances vary, the instructions are guidelines only. Oven cook - From Frozen Conventional oven 12 -15 minutes Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread pieces out in a single layer on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Heat for 12 - 15 minutes until heated through.
