Safe handling
Keep frozen until ready to use. Store thawed fish in refrigerator and use within 24 hours. Do not refreeze thawed fish.
Thawing instructions
Remove frozen fillets from packaging. Place fish on a plate, and thaw in refrigerator, covered, for 6-8 hours. For a quick thaw, place fish in a colander and rinse with cold running water until thawed. Drain for 2-3 minutes.
Note: cook until an internal temperature of 158°F (70°C) is reached.
