Preparation And Usage
You will need :
½ cup (125 ml) butter*, softened (not melted)
* Margarine or spread are not recommended.
1 tbsp (15 ml) water
No-Bake Bites Cookie Dough preparation:
Wash hands before making bites.
Stir cookie dough mix, softened butter and water in medium bowl until well blended and forms a soft dough. Refrigerate dough for 10 minutes.
Shape dough into 24 balls (about 1 tablespoon each).
Refrigerate.
Betty's tip:
Drizzle with chocolate! In a small microwaveable bowl, place ½ cup (125 ml) semi-sweet or white chocolate chips and 2 tsp (10 ml) vegetable oil; stir to coat the chips. Microwave uncovered on high for 30 seconds. Stir well. If not completely melted and smooth, microwave 10 more seconds and stir. Drizzle over bites and refrigerate.
