Zoglo's Plant Based Hot Dogs New York Style Franks 300 g (frozen)

Cooking instructions: no need to defrost except before charcoal grilling. Avoid over cooking. Fry: heat 1 teaspoon of oil in a pan. Fry over low heat for about 3 minutes while turning occasionally. Bake: preheat oven to 350°F. Place franks on a baking sheet in the centre of the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Baking time may vary depending on the oven used. Microwave: place the covered franks in the microwave and cook on the high setting for about 1 minute. Grill: defrost franks before grilling. Preheat grill to a medium heat. Place franks directly on grill and cook for 7-8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
