Must add water Your baby's health depends on carefully following the directions for preparation and use. Ask your baby's doctor about infant formula feeding, including how much to feed. Preparation Instructions for Concentrated Liquid Formula - MUST ADD WATER 1. Wash your hands thoroughly. Boil clean bottles, nipples, caps and utensils in water for 5 minutes. Cool completely before using. DO NOT USE A MICROWAVE OVEN TO STERILIZE BOTTLES OR UTENSILS. 2. Separately, boil water at a rolling boil for 2 minutes. Allow water to cool to lukewarm. 3. Clean top of carton. SHAKE WELL before opening. 4. Pour equal amounts of formula and previously boiled water into bottle. Cap and SHAKE WELL. DO NOT OVER OR UNDER DILUTE UNLESS DIRECTED BY A HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONAL. 5. Feed immediately. Discard unfinished formula within 1 hour after feeding. WARNING: DO NOT USE MICROWAVE TO WARM FORMULA.
